He specializes in leveraging multivariate statistics to integrate 3D seismic attributes, rock mechanics, microseismic data, engineering insights, and geological information. This expertise optimizes completion strategies and enhances well performance. Chad’s career has predominantly focused on unconventional reservoirs and the development of existing fields, where his innovative solutions have made a significant impact.

Leszek is a consultant for Reservoir Insight Geosolutions and has 10 years of experience in the oil and gas industry as an exploration geologist and petrophysicist in both conventional and unconventional reservoirs. He specializes in well log interpretation and analysis, and the integration of petrophysical and seismic attributes through rock physics analysis. Combining broad geological and petrophysical knowledge together with field experience in well drilling to generate a better understanding of reservoir characteristics.
