Chad Baillie founded Reservoir Insight Geosolutions to deliver high-resolution reservoir characterization through integrated seismic, petrophysical, and geological workflows. With more than 20 years of experience across unconventional reservoirs, he specializes in seismic inversion, elastic property estimation, and multivariate reservoir modeling.

His work focuses on quantitative integration of 3D seismic attributes, rock physics, and well data to improve reservoir understanding, completion design, and field development decisions. Chad has led numerous characterization and inversion projects across the Permian Basin and other North American plays, supporting both exploration and development programs.

Leszek is a geoscience consultant with more than 20 years of experience in the oil and gas industry across both conventional and unconventional reservoirs. He specializes in geology and petrophysics, including well log interpretation, formation evaluation, and the integration of petrophysical and seismic attributes through rock physics workflows.

He combines strong geological and petrophysical fundamentals with practical drilling and field experience to improve reservoir characterization and support development decisions. His work focuses on integrated subsurface analysis and quantitative interpretation to better understand reservoir quality and performance variability.
