Geophysical Services
Geophysical analysis at RIG transforms seismic data into calibrated elastic and attribute models that support reservoir characterization, depth conversion, and well planning. These workflows form the foundation for uncertainty-aware property and productivity modeling.
Deterministic Pre-stack Inversion

Deterministic pre-stack inversion generates stable, well-tied elastic properties (P-impedance, S-impedance, density) calibrated directly to log control. These volumes form the physically consistent foundation for downstream property modeling.
Stochastic Pre-stack Inversion

Stochastic inversion builds upon the deterministic framework, resolving thin-bed variability and quantifying interwell uncertainty. Blind-well validation demonstrates predictive performance beyond conditioning wells.
Together, these workflows provide a statistically grounded foundation for reservoir quality and productivity prediction.
Attribute Generation & Analysis
RIG computes post-stack seismic attributes to illuminate structural and stratigraphic variability across the reservoir. Evaluated alongside well and engineering data, these attributes provide additional insight into the properties influencing well performance.

Time-Depth Velocity Modeling
RIG integrates seismic velocities, well log velocities, and formation tops to build calibrated velocity models that enable reliable seismic extraction in depth. This is critical for correlating seismic responses with log and engineering data and constructing property models in the correct spatial framework.
Well Planning & Prospect Development
Reliable 3D property and production models enable effective high-grading of drilling targets and improved zone placement.
RIG supports horizontal well planning through depth-based property profiles and geologic framework models that help maintain lateral placement within target intervals, maximize reservoir contact, and reduce drilling uncertainty.

Petrophysical Services
Petrophysical analysis provides the well-level calibration required to constrain elastic inversion, rock physics modeling, and 3D property frameworks. Each workflow ensures consistency between log-derived properties, seismic responses, and reservoir performance interpretation.

Log Editing & Reconstruction
High-quality well data is essential for reliable inversion, formation evaluation, and reservoir modeling. RIG performs detailed log editing and reconstruction to prepare consistent, depth-aligned datasets for seismic calibration and property modeling workflows.
Formation Evaluation
RIG performs quantitative formation evaluation to identify productive intervals and characterize lithology, porosity, permeability, and fluid saturation. Integrated with seismic and rock physics workflows, this analysis reduces subsurface uncertainty and supports calibrated 3D property modeling.

Well Feasibility Study
Well feasibility studies evaluate whether target lithology and fluid separation can be resolved using available elastic properties. By integrating P-impedance, S-impedance, and density with rock physics analysis, RIG determines whether inversion can effectively discriminate reservoir facies and fluids prior to drilling.
